This App is highly suitable for gauging the mood of your prospect during cold calls, pitch can be modified depending on the mood of the recipient is Happy, Sad or Neutral. Also a highly useful case for this app is before starting a pitch to check our confidence befor the call. Each Rating will be visible after each word spoken. This feature can be highly useful to analyse the tempo and diction. Machine learning has helped to analyse different sounds and their emotion of happiness or sadness.
The sound classifier is trained in CreateML with Toronto emotional speech set (TESS) data. This data is open source and made available by University of Torontos Psychology Department on their public website. The sound classifier model performs with training accuracy of 99.8% (over 18 Iterations) and validation accuracy of 96.4%. I truly would truly love to support people by making this app available for free.
